Crynodeb:I HAVE CHOOSEN the title "Health: A Human Right" because it seems to offer me many approaches to the subject of man and his health, a subject which has occupied almost all my adult life. It is the field in which I have spent all my working years, approaching the objective of providing health care for people from many angles. Perhaps the diversity of those angles is enough indication that the successes I have had are less than satisfying. But the challenge and the excitement of the chase have been rewarding, and no failure, so far, has been so devastating that it has forced me to give up. I think it is fitting that I try to share with you, at this time in my career, some of the thoughts, some of the questions and some of the frustrations that I have lived with for well over forty years, in one form or another.
