The Metabolism of Dhurrin in Sorghum Seedlings 1: Distribution, Biosynthetic Site and Function
The variation of dhurrin in various parts of sorghum seedlings was monitored over a period of 28 days. The results showed that a peak of 2.8 urn01 was reached in the shoot on the 8th day while in the root, it was only 0.24 umol on the 7th day.
