Biopsy specimen taken from the lesion showed OM and resection of the mandible was done under general anaesthesia. Results: At 3-year post-operative review, clinical and radiogical features showed no sign of recurrence. Conclusion: OM is known for recurrence, the treatment plan should consider the age, sex of the patient, the site and size of the lesion and adequate follow up is required to rule out recurrences.
