AN EVALUATION OF FREE AMINO ACIDS AND MINERAL CONTENTS LOCAL EDIBLE MUSHROOMS

Free amino acids and minerals (aluminum, potassium, and sodium) of three edibe wild mushrooms. Termitomyses robustus, Trichioma labayensis and Volvariella esculenta, were determined.
